Uczeń prof. Aleksandra Kobzdeja i prof. Jana Tarasina (ASP Warszawa, dyplom 1974). W latach 1990-1993 uczył się kaligrafii japońskiej u Senseya Manabu Teramoto. Od 1991 roku maluje techniką Sumi-e. Kurator i uczestnik licznych wystaw i projektów. Jest nauczycielem i przewodnikiem dla wielu adeptów sztuki, zarówno początkujących, jak i dojrzałych artystów. Prowadzi stałe i czasowe warsztaty plastyczne w wielu miejscach w Polsce.
Graduated the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1974
His teachers were prof. Aleksander Kobzdej and prof. Jan Tarasin. In 1990-93 he studied caligraphy with sensei Manabu Teramoto He started sumi-e painting in 1991. In 2005 he has crated unique art studio in Warsaw called Sciezka (The Way) and run it till 2012. He is an art teacher and mentor for several generations of adepts of art – both beginners and mature artists. He carries regular and temporary art courses in various places in Poland. He is a curator for multiple exhibitions andd projects.
